Modernist Reuben

I came across this (incredible/disturbing) photo of what a reuben might look like if prepared by some fancy chef like Grant Achatz or Wylie Dufresne.

Note the pastrami-cured short rib, pickled cabbage, and dark rye crisp.  I don’t know whether to cry or make a reservation at wherever that dish is served.

Thoughts?

Methinks those little leaves are brussel sprouts. I’m not sure what I think of sprout and kraut.

I reckon you are correct! Weird.

It’s definitely wrong. 4 years is not a big age dienerffce, when you’re older it’s really not a big deal. However, the way you think from the time you are 13 to the time you are 17 will change drastically. There is no reason a normal 17 year old guy would want to date a 13 year old. Not to mention, since he is online, he may be even older then 17, could be a complete pedaphile. Good job looking out for your friend. Do everything you can to get her talking to guys her own age and to stop talking to this guy.
