About

REUBENOGRAPHY is a blog started by Trevor Baum in February of 2010.

Through interviews, experiential research, reviews, historical and cultural theory, and the crafting of a completely homemade and locally sourced deli meal, we are on a personal quest for the soul, living or dead, of the Jewish deli.
