A mouth-watering topic, not for the faint of heart. What’s your preferred reuben mustard?
I actually prefer the traditional no-mustard variant, but it’s still a toss-up between Russian dressing and Thousand Island.
Hebrew Nat’l Deli Mustard, that spicy yellow devil.
I own Ben Magoon’s famous Delicatessen, which had a lot of respect in the kosher world. It was owned and operated by Ben from1918 till 1980!
